Shipping 

All items are tracked aside from stickers. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to be processed during busy periods.

Refund and returns policy 

We accept no responsibility for orders placed with incorrect address, or for the wrong size, colour, or style.

 

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.

You must email photographs of the faulty item and packaging, plus receipt showing your order number, if the item is faulty. We do not refund or exchange items unless they are faulty. Please ensure you order the right size, if in doubt we recommend you order the next size up.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

The return address is set by default to the fulfilment facility unless it's one of our stock items. Stock items will be returned to the address on the shipping label.

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

 

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
